Project Objective:
To capture the intensity, energy, and human experience of HYROX through photography and visual storytelling.
Project Approach:
HYROX is a high-energy and physically demanding sporting event. The energy comes not only from the athletes pushing themselves to their limits, but also from the surrounding environment, where friends, family, and spectators gather to cheer them on.
My approach was to capture key visuals from each station, using techniques such as slow shutter speeds to convey movement and intensity, close-up shots to capture the athletes’ emotions, and images of spectators to bring the overall atmosphere and energy of the event to life.
